This Earnings Disclaimer applies to contentqueendom.com and to every class, program, community, email, text message, social media post, and advertisement published by KZ Creative LLC, doing business as Content Queendom ("Content Queendom," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read it carefully before purchasing anything from us.
No Guarantee of Income or Results
Content Queendom is an education business. We teach skills related to creating user-generated content (UGC) for brands. We do not guarantee any income, any brand deal, or any particular result from using our content, attending our classes, or joining our programs. Nothing on our website or in our materials is a promise or guarantee of income or earnings.
Your Results Depend on You
Every person's results are different. What you achieve depends on many factors, including your effort, skill, consistency, the time you invest, the quality of your work, your background and experience, the brands and markets you approach, and economic conditions outside anyone's control. Many people who buy education programs never apply what they learn and see no results at all.
Typical Results
Content Queendom is a new program and we do not yet have enough data to publish typical or average results for members. You should assume that the typical member does not earn meaningful income from UGC, and you should not rely on any statement on our website as an indication of your future income.
Brand Introductions Are Not Deals
Certified members may be introduced to brands. An introduction is an opportunity to pitch your work. It is not an offer of paid work, and it is not a promise that any brand will hire you, pay you a particular rate, or work with you again. Brands make their own hiring decisions and set their own terms, and those terms are between you and the brand.
Industry Rates and Examples
From time to time we may describe how UGC deals are commonly structured across the industry, such as per-video fees or monthly retainers. These describe the market in general. They are not a prediction of the rates you will be offered or your future income.
Our Founder's Results
References to the revenue generated for brands by Katia Zakarian's own videos, or by creators she has sourced and managed, describe sales those brands made. They are not earnings paid to Katia or to any creator, and they are not typical. They are shared to describe her professional experience, not as an example of what you can achieve.
Testimonials
Any testimonial or story we share reflects the real experience of that individual. It is not typical, it is not a guarantee, and your experience may be different. Where we know that a person featured in a testimonial received anything of value from us, we will disclose it.
