1. The Agreement

These Terms govern your use of contentqueendom.com and everything we offer through it: free classes and workshops, paid programs, communities, downloads, emails, and text messages (together, the "Services"). They are an agreement between you and KZ Creative LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Content Queendom ("Content Queendom," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for anything, buying anything, or simply using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Services.

2. Who Can Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it. Our programs and communities are offered to women, and we reserve the right to decline or end anyone's access at our discretion.

3. What You Get and What You May Do With It

When you register for a class or enroll in a program, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access that material for your own use. You may not record, download, copy, resell, share logins, republish, or teach our material as your own. Access is for one person. Sharing it ends your access without a refund.

4. Free Classes and Registrations

Free classes are exactly that: free. Registering means you agree to receive emails and text messages about the class and about our related programs and offers, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may change the date or time of a class, record it, and use the recording however we choose. Seats may be limited, and attending live is not guaranteed.

5. Payments and Billing

Prices are listed in US dollars and are shown before you buy. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge each installment on the schedule presented at checkout, and you remain responsible for the full balance. Failed or reversed payments may pause or end your access until the balance is settled. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

6. Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, and our program guarantee are governed by our Refund Policy. If the checkout page or enrollment agreement for a specific program states different terms, those terms control for that purchase.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, contact us first and we will work it out. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us ends your access immediately, and we reserve the right to dispute it with documentation of your purchase and use of the material, and to recover our costs of doing so.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Everything we teach is educational. We make no promise, guarantee, or representation about any specific outcome, result, income, brand partnership, or level of success you will achieve, and nothing on our Services should be read as such a promise. What happens for you depends on your effort, your skill, your market, the time you put in, and many other factors outside our control. Any example, story, or case study we share is illustrative and is not a promise of what you will experience. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or business advice. Consult a qualified professional for that. Our full Earnings Disclaimer is part of these Terms.

9. How You Behave in Our Communities

Our classes and communities exist so people can learn. You agree not to harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against anyone, not to post anything unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit, not to spam or pitch other members, and not to recruit our members or team for other businesses. What other members share is theirs. Do not screenshot, repost, or publish it outside the community. We can remove content and end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

10. Our Intellectual Property

All content in our Services, including videos, curriculum, worksheets, templates, copy, graphics, the Content Queendom name, and our logos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

11. Content You Post

You keep ownership of anything you post, submit, or share with us. By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You confirm you have the right to grant that license.

12. Testimonials and Recording

If you give us a testimonial, review, or written result, you allow us to publish it, with your first name and likeness, in our marketing. Live classes and calls may be recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded and to our use of that recording. Tell us in writing if you want your testimonial removed from future marketing and we will honor it going forward.

13. Third-Party Tools

Our Services rely on third-party platforms for video, payments, community, email, and text messaging. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their performance, outages, or their own terms. Any product or service we mention or link to is not an endorsement, and your dealings with a third party are between you and them.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KZ Creative LLC, Content Queendom, its owner, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Disputes, Governing Law, and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing anything, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least thirty days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Each party agrees to bring claims only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our business or the law changes. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, Cookie Policy, and any enrollment agreement for a specific program, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.

19. Not Affiliated With Any Platform

Our Services are not part of, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (YouTube), or TikTok. FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, and META are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. GOOGLE and YOUTUBE are trademarks of Google LLC. TIKTOK is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.
